This letter is to thank you for the great work you did finishing our pool. As you know on April 24, 2008 we signed a contract with Aquatic Pool owner, Ken Horbelt, to build my wife's dream of having a pool. We had previously had Aquatic out three times in several years to give us bids but did not feel comfortable, financially, to commit until last year. Since we had built a trusting relationship with Ken we felt good and safe about our decision to use him.

I wanted to thank you for our beautiful new pool! It’s amazing how it all just came together and it even looks better than we expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things went and just how incredibly professional all of your subcontractors were during different phases of the construction. Each of them were very courteous and such hard workers that we hardly knew they were there. After our first meeting, I could tell that you ran your business in a very organized and professional manner and that you would go the extra mile to make sure everything got done as we envisioned.

I’ve wanted to write this letter for the last four years but something always got in the way. I want to thank you for the GREAT job you and your crew did on our Pool, or as we call it, “The Backyard Oasis!”
We have been so pleased with everything you did for us in June of 2005 in building us such a great pool. The fact you were able to build it in only 17 days makes it even more amazing. Our 5 children continually use both the pool and spa throughout the long hot summers that we have here in Kingwood.

My wife and I would like to express our deep appreciation for the pool remodeling and spa addition work All Star Pools performed in our home. We had our original pool built by one of the largest pool builders in the Nation. We chose them based on the assumption that their longevity in business and vast presence as a national builder was synonymous with customer care and quality. However, our overall experience was not in line with our expectations. From the beginning, their focus was on the sale and not on the customer.

Just a short note to tell you how much we are enjoying our new pool. The results of your firm's hard work are fantastic. There was always someone from Allstar at the house, throughout the construction and any concerns I had were addressed quickly. I know this was a complicated project with the various elevations and custom design and we are very happy with the result. All-Star Pools of Kingwood recently constructed a magnificent 30,000-gallon pool with spa and fountains at our home and we could not have asked for a more professional relationship! Eddie Bajalieh and his All Star crew worked quickly and efficiently in the installation process and produced one of the most beautiful works I have ever seen. It is truly a showpiece at our home.
It is my understanding that in general, once a pool has been installed, the homeowner is "on his own," but in our case, Mr. Bajalieh has gone above and beyond what anyone would expect in professional service.
